I was the victim of RIF or Reduction In Force.
The reality was I didn’t have an updated resume, didn’t know how to prepare for an interview or what to wear, and didn’t know if I could ask questions, if so, which ones.
If I was going to obtain another full-time job I needed to get current and fast. That is where my passionate study began including resumes, job interviews, and high performance.
After some odds and ends jobs, including night shifts, I landed a position with a Fortune 500 company.
Since that day I have stayed current with winning resume trends, proven interview techniques, and studied high performance.
For several years I have coached high-performance growth benefiting people in their personal and professional lives.
